Which Toothpaste Should I Use?

One question that comes up time and time again is ‘what toothpaste should I use?’ As an adult, it is important to use a toothpaste that contains 1450ppm sodium fluoride. This is to keep teeth strong and resistant to decay.

Sensitive toothpaste is helpful if you suffer from sensitivity, they work by building up a layer over micro tubules in the tooth structure and blocking any sensitivity.

Sensitive toothpastes all have different active ingredients so if one doesn’t work for you, you can always try a different one.

Oral B pro expert toothpaste contains sodium fluoride and stannous fluoride which has been proven to help with plaque/stain/tartar build up, bad breath and prevention of caries.

If I was to recommend one toothpaste it would be Oral B Pro Expert.

I have been going to hello dental for a few years now and I must say you get what you pay for, the service is exemplary and all the staff are so polite and friendly. I never really liked going to the dentist because of previous experiences but I trust them 100% and would highly recommend them. Also the clinic is so clean which is something I always look for! So if you are looking for a dentist this is definitely the place to go.

If you're looking for a kind, calm and supportive dentist Hello Dentist are brilliant. After having a very poor experience with my last dentist I was very reticent at attending the dentist again but Hello Dental understood were non critical and have helped me to regain confidence in the dentist profession.
