Wow! We are completely blown away to be announced as finalists in multiple categories in the prestigious Private Dentistry Awards.

We have been shortlisted in four categories:

Best New Practice
Best Patient Care
Best Treatment of Nervous patients
Best Employer

I am incredibly humbled (and a little bit dazed!) to have our Colchester Dental practice recognised among the best Private Dental practices in the United Kingdom.

Its been less than a year since we parted ways with the franchise, since then its been incredibly hard work to relaunch the practice as Hello Dental.

As a new dental practice in Colchester it was scary to decide to go it on our own and, with the support of my incredible team at Hello Dental, we have redoubled our effort to focus on the patient experience. Being announced as finalists in these awards is the highest recognition of the teams’ commitment and dedication to delivering outstanding patient care.

I would like to thank in particular
our patients for sticking with us… in particular our patients, Zoe, Jess, Cassie, Dominic, Donald and Liz who at very short notice agreed to record some video testimonials for our award entries.

This is by far the BEST dentist I have EVER been to! Helen is amazing, knowing I’m not a big fan of the dentist she is so gentle and explains everything before she does it. I have been going to hello dental for a few years now and I must say you get what you pay for, the service is exemplary and all the staff are so polite and friendly. I never really liked going to the dentist because of previous experiences but I trust them 100% and would highly recommend them. Also the clinic is so clean which is something I always look for! So if you are looking for a dentist this is definitely the place to go.

If you're looking for a kind, calm and supportive dentist Hello Dentist are brilliant. After having a very poor experience with my last dentist I was very reticent at attending the dentist again but Hello Dental understood were non critical and have helped me to regain confidence in the dentist profession. I started using Hello Dental three years ago after a bad experience with a previous dentist.They have been outstanding.The reception staff, are always incredibly helpful and polite.
